Well let me tell you guys about my recent experience with Discount Hawaii Car Rental while we were in Waikiki. It was one of the best expiriences ever and their customer sercive was beyond exceptional!

We knew from the start we wanted to rent a Jeep Wrangler. (I mean we are in Hawaii so for us this was a must!) The first thing that stood out to me about Discount Hawaii Car Rental was that there was no pre-pay required. I booked the car without giving out any credit card information and if we needed to cancel the car it would be free without any hassles. For us that travel standby this is defitinitly a plus! There has been plenty of times when we have not made a flight luckily this time we did.
Other amazing benefits from Discount Hawaii Car Rental are when booking directly throught them you can add additional drivers at no cost unlike other sites that will charge you a $12+ per day. If you have young drivers the normal fee to add them usually runs about $25/ day, at DHCR you only pay $10/ day. That is such a bargain and something to keep in mind. And if for whatever reason you run into any problems with your vehicle while you’re in Hawaii, all you have to do is contact their customer service and they will go above and beyond to solve the problem, so you dont have to pause your vacation. I only had one request from them and that was two car seats for my toddlers. Within minutes of emailing them I had a response. I mean talk about amazing customer service!
Not only do they have the best customer service but they also have the best prices! They have a great variety of national brands of vehicles, depending on what you want to drive. We decided to stay one more day at the last minute and with just once call we were able to keep the car that extra day, at a great price and they sent over the new agreement straight to my email. I absolutely loved that you talk to real people and how they just make everything easy. I am very happy I found them and I know for a fact that whenever we go back to Hawaii we will only be booking with them. And if you find yourself taking a trip to Hawaii I highly recommend them!
