Budget Friendly Toddler Halloween Costumes

Halloween has become one of my absolute favorite holidays, since becoming a mom. It was fun before but now it’s even more magical than ever with the girls. But with two little ones that love dressing up every day, especially during this season I thought it would be perfect to share some really cute, budget friendly costumes that won’t break the bank. Your little ones probably already own most of the pieces to be honest. And no, I don’t mean those bed sheets or toilet paper! So, come along and see if these budget friendly toddler Halloween costumes are right fit for you!

Budget Friendly Costumes

Let’s start with these little witch costumes. I mean who doesn’t love cute little witches here, right!? This was seriously the easiest costume to put together and probably one of my favorites. The girls already owned the black long sleeves and black tights. To accessorize them, I added the tutus and hats. Which I found in the Target Dollar Spot. Each item only costing $3! Such a steal right!?! This was super simple to put together and these witches look adorable and faboo-lous!

Our second costume choice are these fairies. These tutu outfits have been in their closet since spring and all I did was add the wings. You can find these wings at your local dollar store or Target. I absolutely love the simplicity of this outfit. If you can find wands and add a little bit of glitter to their hair it gives it that extra magic touch that every little girl loves. You can also pair the tutus with leggings of your choice, depending on how the weather is that day.

Let’s be fairies together!

The third one is for all of our leopard/kitty lovers. This little get-up was so much fun for me because I recently discovered that I am a leopard print lover! The girls already had these dresses and leggings in their closet. All I added was these cute face mask and head band that I found at the 99cents store and Target Dollar Spot! If your little one doesn’t have this dress, don’t worry! I would also pair this with an all-black long sleeve and leggings, and they would still be so purrrty! If you want to get a little bit more creative, you can also add a tail.

You don’t want to mess with these cats!

But wait!

Last but not least just check your kiddos toy box. Yes, seriously!!! Our girls have a ton of princess dresses, capes, and hats that they have collected throughout the year. Why not use them!?!? And trust me, you could never go wrong with princesses and/or heroes! The best part of all, no need to run out to the store for these!

And there you have it, my list of budget friendly costume for your little ones. They will start to think you’re Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother. All of these are super easy to make and best of all, they are affordable! Remember that making memories with our little ones is what counts at the end of the day and stressing over costumes shouldn’t be one. Now tell me what fun costumes you guys have come up with that are inexpensive and/or homemade? Let me know below!
